Yoga offers a perfect way to unwind, loosen up your muscles, and enhance your flexibility and balance. Not only does it reduce the risk of injuries, but it also speeds up recovery, allowing you to push your boundaries further. Use this opportunity to reconnect with your body and mind, finding peace and focus after the thrill of the trail, all within the beautiful walls of our new clinic space.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session will boost your athletic performance and overall wellness. Let's come together to breathe, stretch, and revitalize.

Yoga at Upward
Join us as we prepare for ski season by getting stronger, improving mobility, and staying injury free! This 8-week PT-led program is aimed to elevate your fitness and get you ready to dominate on the slopes this winter. Great for cross training for endurance athletes as well! All levels welcome!
This signature program focuses on circuit and HIIT style workouts that will work the key muscles to help improve strength, stamina and mobility while focusing on injury prevention. So you’ll be ready to conquer the trails, slopes and any summit you set your mind to!
Classes are 50 minutes in length with time for Q&A at the end of class!
