Conditioning & Membership
Outdoor Athlete Conditioning
Do you have lofty goals to make up for lost time in 2021? Do you want to run a half marathon after a year off (or for the first time), climb Mt. Rainier, or backpack the Enchantments? Or do you just want to get back into a healthy fitness routine and have someone hold you accountable? With so many of us going through major lifestyle changes in the past year, it’s important to train the right way when building up your strength, endurance and performance. This is a great time to invest in yourself and your health, and get back out there to make 2021 the year to achieve your outdoor fitness goals!
We offer individual and small group options in a virtual format so if you have a few buddies you’re training with for a specific goal, your program will be completely customizable!
This program WILL:
Give you weekly workouts specific to your baseline fitness level and personal goals.
Weekly one-on-one form check and workout progression sessions with Dr. Anna Friedman, DPT.
Help prevent injuries so you peak at the correct time.
Be supervised by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with years of experience participating in and training outdoor athletes of all types and skill levels.
Hold you accountable and help motivate you.
We also offer seasonal group conditioning options as well. Be on the lookout for announcements!
Wellness Membership
Once you’ve “graduated” from PT from a rehab standpoint, it is often best practice to continue with a wellness program which will continue to help you thrive and focus on continued education and preventive care. We’ve created a way to bridge that gap without the limitations posed by insurance through our Wellness Membership. Stay on top of what you learned in PT and stay healthy, all under the care of Dr. Anna. Sessions will be tailored to your individual needs, concerns, and goals in a holistic approach.
Monthly “tune-up” session with Dr. Anna (in-person or virtual).
Continuation of physical therapy with focus on preventive care.
Ongoing maintenance and training program personalized to your lifestyle and personal aspirations.
First priority on acute pain assessments (guaranteed within 1-2 days) for a new injury or flare-up.
Access to our conditioning and mobility virtual classes.
Option for virtual check-ins to keep you on track.
BASIC MEMBERSHIP: Monthly tune-up session with Dr. Anna
PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP: Monthly tune-up + access to virtual conditioning classes (up to 2x/week)
