Dr. Maureen Babcock, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist - West Seattle

Pelvic Health and Orthopedic Specialist

Who I am.

I am a physical therapist with a special passion for pelvic floor rehab. I grew up in Kansas but always had a love for mountains, water, and the outdoors which brought me to Seattle in 2019. Since moving here, I have become an avid runner, hiker, and scuba diver who loves connecting with people with similar passions. As a PT, my goal is to help you return or continue doing the things that bring you joy!

My Why.

I pursued this specific line of work because I like people and I want be a part of improving their lives. There is a high that comes from making a meaningful impact on one’s recovery and seeing progress in real time. I believe that movement and time in nature play a vital role in overall well-being, and I enjoy helping others rediscover that in ways that feel both effective and enjoyable.

What I do.

By taking a biopsychosocial approach, I aim to support the whole person—not just the injury—and contribute to a stronger, healthier community. My aim is to help you get back to what you love, and often go beyond it. I specialize in pelvic floor therapy to empower women and educate on a lesser-known but essential aspects of overall wellness. I take an individualized approach to care, whether you’re recovering from an injury, returning to your previous level of function, or striving for higher performance. I work with all ages and believe that growth and achievement are always possible, regardless of where you’re starting from.
