Who I am.
Growing up in Beaverton, OR I was allowed so many opportunities to explore the outdoors. I Growing up in Beaverton, OR I was allowed so many opportunities to explore the outdoors. I grew up hiking on the weekends, paddle boarding in the Willamette and skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Most of my life was consumed by sports which eventually lead me to the east coast where I played division I soccer. From there my passion for sports continued which eventually landed me in physical therapy. I am passionate about what I do and helping patients towards a healthier lifestyle is what I strive for. The connections and relationships I continue to make within this field are the reason I love what I do.
My Why.
Competing at a high level on the soccer field led me to endure injuries of my own. I understood what it took to return to sport after an injury. I fell in love with physical therapy and the work that was done. I am passionate about what I do and pushing patients towards their goals. I understand the hard work and determination it takes for each patient to grow. This field challenges me in a way that I enjoy, and I am able to serve a special group of people. I consider myself lucky to be able to do what I love each day.
What I do.
A big goal of my treatment sessions is to get to know the patient and their goals. It is important to gear each plan of care towards the individual. Whether its pelvic or orthopedic rehab, my goal is to always get each patient back to an active lifestyle. I want you to understand each session and further your knowledge during the process. Treatment sessions will range from functional exercise, manual therapy, education, and a focus on motor control. I am here to cheer you on and provide you with the care needed.

Where you’ll find me.
Most of my time is spent running green lake, spending time in the gym, or up on the mountain skiing. I love to travel and see the world as much as I can, so I am always planning my next trip! I enjoy wine tasting with friends and exploring the Seattle area. On those rainy Seattle days we all love, you’ll find me inside reading a good mystery or binge watching a Netflix show.
