Running or Hiking Analysis

Curious about your running or hiking form, or wondering why your foot always starts bothering you at mile 4? This assessment will help you better understand ways to improve your mechanics, efficiency and performance, and make you a more resilient athlete on the road or trails.

This session INCLUDES:

  • One-on-one 60-75 minute session with an Upward DPT.

  • Detailed and thorough functional movement assessment based on your activity of choice (i.e. running, hiking uphill, etc.).

  • Full body strength and mobility assessment and insights

  • Treadmill running or hiking form assessment using our state of the art Runeasi wearable software sensor.

  • Multi-view video of your running/movement form and review with a DPT.

  • Biomechanics and injury prevention strategies including ways to improve your performance and efficiency.

  • Proper footwear discussion based on your movement patterns and goals.

Price - $250 for non-patients, $50 add on for patients

The first step for anyone wanting a personalized, guided approach to reaching your outdoor fitness goals. Whether this is your first half marathon (or your 10th), you want to plan a backpacking trip, or you are trying to get through this season without your knee pain flaring up, start here.

This session INCLUDES:

  • One-on-one 50-60 minute coaching session with an Upward DPT.

  • Assessment and discussion of baseline fitness level, injury/pain history, and tips for injury prevention.

  • Goal-setting and timeline based on YOUR individual aspirations.

  • Personalized training & conditioning template specific to your timeline, fitness level and outdoor activity of choice.

  • Strength and mobility workouts specific to your personal goals, baseline fitness level and previous injuries.

  • Give you an outline for weekly workouts specific to your baseline fitness level and personal goals.

  • Great for accountability and helping you stay on track!

Price - $197 for non-patients, $177 for patients
