Group Conditioning & Mobility Classes

Stay mobile, build strength and resilience for every season with us. All programming led by the Docs of Upward PT.

Working from home got you feeling stiff and sore? Are you lacking motivation from months of time spent stuck at home with limited gym access? This low impact, mobility and stretching class is the perfect post-lunch activity to help break the cycle, establish new routines and start feeling healthy.

Classes offered in 6 week cycles Wednesdays @12:30pm.

Classes are 25ish minutes. Just enough time to get the blood flowing and get back for your 1pm meeting. No gym clothes required!

$85 for up to 16 classes, or add conditioning for $70 more!

Mid-Day Mobility

Join us in our new clinic space for this seasonal conditioning program led by Dr. Anna Friedman, DPT and her Upward colleagues, aimed to elevate your fitness and get you ready for the next seasonal activity. Great for cross training for endurance athletes! All levels welcome!

Join us and get ready for circuit and HIIT style workouts that will work the key muscles to help improve strength, stamina and mobility while focusing on injury prevention. So you’ll be ready to conquer the trails, slopes and any summit you set your mind to!

Classes are 45 minutes in length with time for Q&A at the end of class!
