Orthopedic and Running Specialist
Who I am.
I'm an avid runner, hiker, physical therapist, and proud dog mom. After leaving the sunny beaches of California, I've settled in the stunning mountains of the Pacific Northwest. My childhood was filled with various sports, both in water and on land, but as an adult, I've found my passion in running and hiking. Physical activity has always been a cornerstone of my life, and I take great joy in helping my patients connect with the activities that give their lives meaning, guiding them toward a healthier and more active lifestyle.
My Why.
Soccer consumed my life growing up. I loved the team comradery, the competition and bettering myself through sport. I had my fair share of injuries throughout those years - including 3 knee surgeries - that ended my career. I spent a lot of time in physical therapy, where I appreciated my physical therapists’ dedication to getting me back to the activities that bring me joy. The PTs I worked with made sure to be my teammate in my road to recovery - I carry that teammate-mindset into my practice today.
Becoming a physical therapist has been incredibly fulfilling because it allows me to help people reclaim their passions. I love witnessing the transformation as individuals work hard to overcome injuries. The longer I have practiced, the more I realize my “why” is sharing in the enthusiasm with you when you have been able to wholly engage in the activities you love … the things that make you, you.
What I do.
Pain and injuries are often multifactorial in nature and can feel overwhelming or out of your control. I take into account the various aspects of your life that can be contributing to your pain. I work with you to design a specialized plan that fits you and your lifestyle. I am here to be your teammate in your road to recovery. I love to equip you with the knowledge and tools to keep yourself healthy, active, and enjoying all life has to offer.

Where you’ll find me.
I generally love to be outside with my husband and dog, Fallon. You’ll often find me running the roads/trails of Seattle or hiking out in the mountains with my friends. In the summer, I usually find my way into a body of water for most of the day- whether it be floating, swimming or paddleboarding. After the outdoor adventures, you’ll likely find me at one of the PNW’s numerous breweries. When I am not outdoors, you’ll find me trying new restaurants with my husband, spending time with my friends and, more often than not, fostering dogs from Texas.
