Coaching & Training For Runners, Hikers and Endurance Athletes

Got a big race, climb or ride coming up?

We’ve got you! For those seeking 1-on-1 coaching and accountability while training for a moderate to high intensity outdoor endurance event (think Mt. Rainier climb, your first marathon, or the STP).

All levels welcome! Whether you are a veteran, a newbie, or getting back out there after an injury or becoming a mom, you’ve got this. We will meet you where you are, and help guide you through the training process so you “peak” at the right time and train your muscles and mindset to reach your goals, stay injury free, and have fun doing it!

All programming is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy from our Upward team, and includes:

  • movement assessment and training consult

  • Customized Running Analysis or Bike Fit

  • Individualized goal setting

  • Interactive training plan customized to YOU!

  • Monthly check-ins with a Doc of PT

  • Consistent contact with your coach via email and interactive training app

Choose this program if:

  • Your baseline fitness level is moderate/advanced and you want more accountability and cross-training as race/trail/summit day gets closer to peak at the right time and avoid overuse injury.

    - OR -

  • Your baseline fitness level is beginner/novice in the activity you are training for and your goal is moderate (5-10k run, longer day hike or single night backpack, etc.).

Program length is dependent on your baseline fitness level and the specific level of difficulty of your goal.

Program Options:

  • 12 weeks (good for half marathons, shorter backpacks or century rides)

  • 24 weeks (best for more longer duration, more challenging pursuits including marathon/ultra training, mountaineering, PCT/CDT, or STP)
