Physical Therapy Bike Fit

We perform Bike Fits for cyclists of all skill levels and abilities. Whether you are preparing for a race, riding centuries, bike commuting, bike-packing, wanting to prevent injury, or looking to address pain/discomfort on the bike, start here. 

This Consult INCLUDES:

  • One-on-one 60-90 minute fit and training session with Dr. Jenny Iyo.

  • Detailed and thorough functional movement analysis on and off your bike. 

  • Adjustments to saddle position, cleat position, handlebar/hood position to optimize function and comfort on your bike. 

  • Recommendations for parts changes based on your musculoskeletal system and your functional goals. 

  • Recommendations for additional equipment to improve your comfort while riding.

  • Personalized training on posture and pedaling technique. 

  • Assessment and discussion of baseline fitness level, injury/pain history, and tips for injury prevention.
