Running/Movement Analysis & Training Consult

The first step for anyone wanting a personalized, guided approach to reaching your outdoor fitness goals. Whether this is your first half marathon (or your 10th), you want to plan a backpacking trip, or you are trying to get through this season without your knee pain flaring up, start here.

This Consult INCLUDES:

  • One-on-one 60-75 minute coaching session with Dr. Anna or Dr. Jenny.

  • Detailed and thorough functional movement assessment based on your activity of choice (i.e. running, hiking uphill, etc.).

  • Discussion re: proper footwear and gear specific to your individual needs and goals.

  • Assessment and discussion of baseline fitness level, injury/pain history, and tips for injury prevention.

  • Goal-setting and timeline based on YOUR individual aspirations.

  • Personalized training & conditioning template specific to your timeline, fitness level and outdoor activity of choice.

Trail-Ready Coaching Programs

It’s easy to figure out what you SHOULD be doing for a training program. But ACTUALLY DOING IT is a whole other story! With so many of us going through major lifestyle changes over the past couple years, it’s important to train the right way when building up your strength, stamina and mobility to improve performance. This is a great time to invest in yourself and your health, and get back out there to make this the time to achieve your outdoor fitness goals!

We offer individual and small group options in a virtual format so if you have others you’re training with for a specific goal, why not train together? Program lengths vary 12-24 weeks and are completely customizable to optimize training and performance. Learn more here!

Looking for group conditioning & mobility classes? Click here.

This Program WILL:

  • Give you weekly workouts specific to your baseline fitness level and personal goals.

  • Regular one-on-one form check and training progression sessions with your coach/PT

  • Help prevent injuries so you peak at the correct time.

  • Be supervised by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with years of experience participating in and training outdoor athletes of all types and skill levels.

  • Hold you accountable and help motivate you!
